Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AND TRADE LINKS PVT LTD (ITTL) are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities, and other service partners. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment and written confirmation from ITTL.

2. Pricing and Availability

  • All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, currency exchange rates, or supplier policies.
  • Any increase in government taxes, fees, or supplier charges will be borne by the client.

3. Travel Documents

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documentation.
  • ITTL shall not be held liable for losses arising from incomplete, invalid, or incorrect travel documents.

4. Visa Services

  • Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
  • Submission of documents and visa fees does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.

5. Amendments and Changes

  • Any amendments requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and supplier approval.
  • Amendment fees charged by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other suppliers will be applicable in addition to ITTL service charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the rules of the respective airline, hotel, cruise line, transport provider, or tour operator.
  • Service fees charged by ITTL may be non-refundable.
  • Refund processing timelines depend on the respective supplier and banking channels.

7. Travel Insurance

ITTL strongly recommends that all travelers purchase adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, personal liability, and other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

ITTL acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, and other vendors. ITTL shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
  • Loss, damage, or theft of baggage or personal belongings.
  • Injury, illness, accidents, or death during travel.
  • Natural disasters, political disturbances, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.

9. Force Majeure

ITTL shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, loss, or additional expense arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.

10. Client Responsibility

Travelers are expected to comply with local laws, customs regulations, airline rules, and hotel policies of the destination visited. Any penalties or expenses arising from non-compliance shall be borne by the traveler.

11. Governing Law

All bookings and services provided by ITTL shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
