Payment Policy
1. Payment Terms
- A booking deposit or advance payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
- Full payment must be received before ticket issuance, hotel confirmation, visa submission, or commencement of travel services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made through:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- UPI
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Online Payment Gateway
- Cheque (subject to realization)
3. Currency
All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Payment Deadlines
Failure to make payment by the specified due date may result in:
- Automatic cancellation of bookings.
- Revision of fares or package costs.
- Loss of confirmed reservations.
5. Refunds
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to supplier cancellation policies.
- Service fees, visa charges, convenience fees, and processing charges may be non-refundable.
- Refund timelines generally range from 7 to 45 working days depending on the service provider and payment method.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree to contact ITTL directly to resolve any payment-related concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer.
7. GST and Taxes
All applicable GST, government taxes, airport taxes, visa fees, and statutory charges shall be charged additionally wherever applicable unless specifically stated otherwise.
